Classically trained in the 'art' of engineering, Geno Porter decided to leap into the digital world with his latest venture, photography.
Geno Porter started photography at age five, helping his mother prepare shaking the freshly printed polaroids for his father, mother, older sister, and himself. Geno was never a missing component. It was young Geno Porter always hustled to grab the camera to capture an image of his family and friends, a formula he perfected as he grew into adulthood.
Many years later, he apprenticed under famed Leighton DaCosta, Photographer, in Charleston, SC. There, he studied the art of photography, and took a particular shine to wedding and aerial imaging. His calling was starting to simmer.
